Spent the start of the new year walking and planning and looking forward to offering some new courses in the Spring. We had a great turnout – full class – for our New Year Integrated Movement class on Saturday 7th January with some fine juices and healthy snacks to celebrate the start of the year. Next up is a Saturday morning class on 4 February, already well subscribed but some places remaining if anyone would like to join! And at Easter there will be Breathe and Use your Voice Well over two mornings on 6th & 7th April. Get in touch if you’re interested – all enjoyable, informative and fun.
